Who Can Join?
We’re excited you’re interested in COACH Rockwall! Whether you're looking for weekly co-op classes or community activities, our goal is to support your homeschool journey; helping your family thrive academically, creatively, and spiritually.
We welcome families seeking biblical encouragement, meaningful community, and opportunities to contribute their unique gifts and talents for one another.
Participation in Coach Rockwall Co-Op is key. Families must meet the following criteria:
Be actively homeschooling their children.
Have at least one child in 1st grade (age 6) or above enrolled in the co-op.
We do offer limited classes and care options for infants, preschool, and kindergarten-aged children—but only for families with a child age 6 or older actively enrolled.
A parent must be present on campus during student class time. This is not a drop off co-op.
A parent must serve every hour of co-op. This can be teaching, assisting, supervising nursery, setup, or cleanup. New families are not expected to teach right away.

How to Join.
We offer two participation types to fit the needs of homeschooling families:
Enrichment Co-op – Includes weekly on-campus classes (1st grade–High School) plus all activities and events.
Activities-Only – Includes access to field trips, seasonal events, and social gatherings without participation in weekly classes.
Participation Options:

For families who want to participate fully in our weekly on-campus co-op program, including enrichment classes and required parent involvement.
Includes:
Weekly on-campus enrichment classes (1st grade – High School)
Access to all COACH activities: field trips, events, and social gatherings
Opportunity to join Student Council (for in-person students) and participate in our Senior Graduation Ceremony
Requirements:
Parent participation in serving roles on campus each co-op day
Background check required for each parent/guardian ($10 per person)
Non-refundable $50 application fee per family
Next Steps:
Once your application is submitted, our New Member Coordinator will contact your references. If you haven’t already taken a tour, they’ll help you schedule one. After your tour, and if space is available, you’ll be invited to register for classes for the upcoming semester. -
For families who would like to participate in COACH field trips, seasonal events, and social gatherings—but do not wish to enroll in weekly on-campus classes.
Includes:
Access to all COACH activities: field trips, events, and social gatherings
Does NOT Include:
Weekly enrichment classes or co-op day participation
Requirements:
$6
Background check required for each parent/guardian ($10 per person)
Non-refundable $50 application fee per family
